Swimmers will enjoy a robust training programme that includes:
- Medley based training
- Supplementary training on kick, pull, dolphin kick (if able) and speed
- Develop Dive and Backstroke starts, tumble, touch turns and relay takeovers
We provide a supportive and focussed training environment and ask that swimmers:
- Attend as often as possible to enhance learning
- Adhere to competition / event program
- Have a willingness to learn and improve
